John Iverson (acoustic guitar/vocals)
John is a versatile acoustic guitarist and singer who has been performing since he was twelve. John’s music is influenced by greats such as Creedence Clearwater Revival and Coldplay. His stripped back guitar covers, and strong vocals pay tribute to the great songs of today and yesterday.
Scissors Paper Rock (covers band)
SPR are a Wollongong Rock band renowned for their tight mix of old and new covers, mixups and medleys. You will hear them playing artists such as James Brown, Pearl Jam, Jet, Powderfinger, Lorde and Pharrell Williams. They come fully equipped with lights and sound, and keep the dancefloor hopping.
Cassie Iannella (vocals)
Cassie has an amazing voice. She brings elegant vocals to any formal function, and energy and fun to the stage. Cassie sings a huge range of songs – she really loves to perform the classic party hits that get the crowd dancing and singing. If you’re thinking Jackson 5, Black Eyed Peas and Pink, think Cassie.
Harry O’Brien (acoustic guitar/vocals)
While you may not yet know Harry’s name, you may already know his face. His laid back acoustic performances and vocal style grabbed the attention of X-factor 2015, where he made the top 20. He plays and sings locally, and he sounds great.
Vicktor Longin (Jazz trio/Saxophone)
Vicktor is a jazz maestro, he plays unreal saxophone. At times we see Vick head up a group of jazz musicians while guests sip champagne. At other times we see Vick ripping sax solos on stage with a rock band. Sound the horn.
Ross Paul (piano)
Ross started playing piano before he could walk (well, almost), so knows his way around black and white keys. Picture some jazz and boogie mixed with a few piano arrangements of modern tunes – maybe Billy Joel and the Whitlams. If you need a bridal waltz, he’s got that covered too.
John Lappan (bagpipes)
John has performed as a soloist and band member at an international level and winning local competitions here at home. John has brought his special sound to many weddings, adding a touch of the Scottish Highlands to the ceremony and making the day all the more special.
Southern Strings (violin, cello, violin)
The musicians involved with Southern Strings bring together an extensive professional portfolio that is evident in both the selection of music and the performance. Southern Strings Trio has been together for nearly 8 years and are renowned in the Illawarra region as ‘the group to have’ for any occasion.
